Multimedia instructions – images and text – are provided for malfunction clearance and maintenance activities. The process to add new instructions is quite straightforward.

Reporting and rating

A short report is drafted at the end of each activity. This allows for complete traceability of all activities performed on a machine. In addition, the content used can be evaluated and annotated. This way, tried-and-tested solutions can be suggested for the same or a similar problem in future.
